Programming & Scheduling
MBM’s services are used by Clients as we understand the construction process and are able to accurately transcribe this into contractually compliant programmes and progress reports which, apart from advising of progress, can be used to explain why a project has been carried out as it has and help in the recovery of any contractual entitlements.

We have extensive experience and can utilise most of the principal planning software such as Primavera, Asta, MS Project etc however, unlike many planners, we use software as a tool as opposed to being controlled by the requirements of any software.
