Tim’ s delay
analysis and planning expertise has helped many clients
establish, inter alia, the cause of delay, the effects of change
and the status of progress. In so doing he has both saved and
recovered for his clients significant sums of money, whilst
reducing the inconvenience of such matters place on his client’s
team.
Tim is a Director of MBM Consulting Ltd
with overall responsibility for planning and delay analysis. Tim
specialises in giving advice on project delays, extensions of
time and disruption matters both in the preparation of claims
prosecution and defence. He has also represented both referring
and responding parties in numerous adjudications as well as
providing expert witness services. Tim also advises clients on
project planning and has assisted a number of clients in
preparing programmes for acceptance under the ECC form of
contract together with tender and contract programmes under JCT
forms of contract.
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Tim's
experience extends to the preparation and defence of complex
time and quantum matters within formal proceedings. These
include numerous adjudication cases and several high profile
arbitrations. Tim has also given oral evidence and been
cross-examined within a major hearing.
Tim has a high level of experience of
most of the main versions of software used in project programme
planning within the industry including Primavera P3, Primavera
P3/e, SureTrak, PowerProject Teamplan, Microsoft Project and
Pertmaster.
