Are

technical and client facing skills, but also the ability to assist in the

Working
either on your own or as part of a team, you will be required to use your
highly developed contractual and commercial acumen to successfully carry
out projects in a Client facing environment.
Although
not essential, a Chartered qualification (eg RICS, CIOB, CIArb) is
preferable, however all candidates must be able to demonstrate a sound
level of technical knowledge and competence in their area of expertise.

In
particular we require:
Senior
Quantity Surveyors
to join our Commercial Management Department. Must have the ability to work on
their own or as part of team and be capable of carrying out sound
commercial management practices.
Claims
Consultants
to join our Dispute Resolution Department. Must be able to demonstrate
strong contractual knowledge and experience of drafting claim submissions,
preferably including Adjudication Notices, Referrals and
responses thereto.
Delay
Analysts
to join our Claims and Dispute Resolution Department. Must be able to
demonstrate an understanding of the role of the delay analyst, the various
requirements of different forms of contract in respect of extensions of
time and the various techniques available for the analysis of delays.
